2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18962 of 2024 on 04.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions nearly 34 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18962 of 2024 on 04.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below during every date of hearing without fail.
