This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank accounts in Account No.248001000002514 maintained at 2nd respondent Bank and Account No.601701076057 maintained at 3rd respondent Bank, considering his representation dated 22.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the request has been sent to the second and third respondent Banks to defreeze the accounts maintained by the petitioner in that Banks.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
