ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar West Police Station, Virudhunagar District, to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to keep his possession of the properties situated in D Nos.110 to 114, Nakkeerar Street, Virudhunagar as intact pursuant to the order passed by the Learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar in I.A.No.304 of 1998 in O.S.No. 68 of 1998 dated 29.04.1998.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2099 of 2020, the second respondent was directed to provide police protection to the petitioner. Thereafter it was stopped. Taking advantage of the same, the private 2/4

respondents are frequently tresspassing into the petitioner's property, over which the present representation has been made.

3. Let the representation of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of one week by summoning the petitioner and the counter party. Depending upon the outcome of the same, the petitioner can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.

4. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
