This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree in M.C.O.P.No.370 of 2020 dated 27.06.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum III Additional Sub Court, Trichy, pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
