This petition has been filed to call for the entire records of the notice issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional officer, Thoothukudi pertaining to the proceedings in Aa1-M.C.148 of 2013, dated 24.09.2013, pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the said proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
