This petition has been filed to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners before the said learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District in connection with the proceeding of the case in C.C.No.31 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District pending disposal of the main quash petition.
2. The petitioners herein are arrayed as Accused Nos. 1 to 3 in C.C.No.31 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. They filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tirunelveli District in C.C.No.31 of 2013 and to quash the same as illegal.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that the petition mentioned case was disposed on 03.02.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
