This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 313 days in filing the Second Appeal as against the judgment and decree passed by the Subordinate Judge, Ottanchatram in A.S.No.19 of 2022, dated 18.12.2023, confirming the judgment and decree passed by the District Munsif, Ottanchatram in O.S.No.5 of 2015, dated 24.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list.

3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 313 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
