When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that even before the order was passed by this Court on 15.06.2023, on 30.05.2023, proceedings had been issued by the Director of Adi Dravidar Welfare, Ezhilagam, Chennai. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is always open to him to question the same in the manner known to law.
