ORDER

Mr.Veerakathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 on instructions would submit that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of this writ petition, the writ petition becomes infructuous and no further adjudication is required. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also endorsed the same.

2. In view of the above factual position, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
