This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR registered in Crime No.138 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after filing of Charge Sheet, the case has been taken on file as PRC.No.23 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
