This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19333 of 2023, dated 26.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 19333 of 2023, dated 26.10.2023, is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon.
