ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that in this case all the witnesses have been examined and they all have supported the case of prosecution, hence he objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

2. This Court also perused the deposition of all the witnesses.

3. On perusal of the deposition it is seen that all the witnesses have supported the case of prosecution, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
