ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent has issued CSR No.1589 of 2025 and an enquiry is pending.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the act of the respondents 3 and 4 discloses cognizable offences under Sections 447, 341 and 506(i) IPC.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent police are directed to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out on the complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
