This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings initiated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District vide M.C.No.197 of 2013, dated 13.11.2013 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
