ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No. 1787 of 2024 dated 07.10.2024

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.78 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS and Section 66 of Information Technology Act as against the accused persons.

3. In view of the same nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition and the petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
