Relying on revenue records from the pre-UDR period, the petitioner asserts that the patta No.628 was wrongly issued in the name of the fourth respondent's father. After submitting a request to the first respondent to cancel such patta, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the application was filed only on 04.09.2025 and that the same would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve (12) weeks.

3. In view of the above submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing 2/4

the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. No costs.
