********** This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to de-freeze the Petitioners bank account NO. 578802010005439 by considering the Petitioner's mail representation, dated 21.09.2024 and 25.09.2024. 2.Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.V.Balasubramanian, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent referring to the letter dated 13.12.2024, of the second respondent submits that the Petitioner's subject account has already been de-freezed, by making as lein the disputed amount of Rs.6,500/-, as per order of the Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, , Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat, dated 27.11.2024.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.Consequently, connected Miscellaneous
