PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 86 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.86 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there is a property dispute between the parties and the accused persons are said to have fabricated a document by obtaining a death certificate. It is also seen from records that there are pending cases between both the parties.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and also considering the fact that the entire case is borne out by records, there shall be a 2/3

direction to the respondent police to resort to the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
