This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.70 of 2013 on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Tennur, Trichy and to quash the same.

2. The petitioners herein are accused Nos. 1 to 3 in C.C.No.70 of 2013 on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Tennur, Trichy. They filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petition mentioned case in C.C.No.70 of 2013 was disposed by the learned Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Tennur, Trichy on 17.10.2014, in which, all the petitioners were acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
