This petition is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance." 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners brought a demand draft, dated 08.10.2025, to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only). The same shall be handed over to the de facto complainant through the respondent police. 3.As far as the remaining agreed amount is concerned, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not in a position to mobilize the amount, since they have spent enormous amount to treat their son. Therefore, liberty is granted to the grand daughter to claim the balance amount, as and when the child is interested in getting the amount.
