This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2010 dated 28.10.2010 pending on the file of the first respondent police in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that charge sheet stands filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned in C.C.No.223 of 2013, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
