This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass or insist the petitioner from evicting him in the house property bearing D.No.6, Aranganathaperumal Kovil Street, Srivilliputhu based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complain given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. Thereafter, the main complaint lodged by the third respondent was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
