ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr. M.P No. 1729 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022 and direct the 9th respondent to register the case as per the order.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the order was passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.1729 of 2022, no proper action has been taken by the 9th respondent.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the 9th respondent appeared before this Court along with CD file. Perusal of CD file shows that nothing is available except the said order copy. Further it is stated by the 9th respondent that notice was issued to the parties on 23.11.2023. 2/4

4.Considering the above, the ninth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and submit a report before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
