Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner bearing Passport No.V5765540 in connection with FIR/Case No.Rc. 229 2024 [A] 0001 dated 30.01.2024 registered on the file of the 2nd respondent Central Bureau of Investigation, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024.

ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in R.C.No.229 of 2024 on the file of the CBI, ACB Madurai. The investigation agency has issued a look out circular as against the petitioner. Challenging the look out circular, the petitioner has filed this petition.

2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner counsel at Supreme Court has advised him to move the application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and therefore, he is not 2/4

pressing the application. It is also reported that the application filed by the petitioner seeking bail is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No.5913 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also granted interim bail on 14.09.2024 extended up to 04.03.2025.

3. Considering this submission of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the application pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
