ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents to de freeze the petitioner's Bank Account No.967599876 maintained in the 2nd respondent Bank.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the account of the petitioner has been freezed only on the intimation received from the third respondent with respect to an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only).

4.Recording the said submission and directing the 2nd respondent to mark lien on amount of Rs.1,50,000/-(Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) in the petitioner's account, this Court hereby the second respondent Bank to permit the petitioner to operate the account, with respect to remaining balance amount available in his account. 2/4

5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index :
