This Contempt Petition case has been filed by the Petitioner for willful disobedience of the Court's order dated 12.04.2024 in W.P.(MD). No.9056 of 2024.

2. During the hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has placed a copy of the proceedings dated 22.01.2025 and would submit that the order of this Court is complied with, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner also endorsed to the same.
