ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for R3 & R4 clarifies that so far, they have not received any application from one Nagarajan referred to in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition for laying any water pipeline connection. It is further clarified that if any such application is received and any pipeline is put up, every endeavour shall be made to install the same without disturbing the present status quo. While R3 & R4 cannot be tied hand and foot to this undertaking, this Court would call upon them to ensure that water tank put up by the petitioner is not affected.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
