The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.158 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Seidunganallur Police Station, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.333 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaigundam.
