ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner wants to purchase the petition mentioned land from one Vinoth Kannan. Sale deed dated 15.09.2025 was executed in his favour. The document was presented for registration before the second respondent. Registration was refused by citing Section 22 A of the Registration Act. Challenging the stand of the registering authority, this writ petition has been filed.

3.It is seen that the writ petitioner's vendor Vinoth Kannan purchased the said property vide sale deed dated 01.07.2020. It was registered as document No.527 of 2020. The writ petitioner's vendor has sold the property as such without any diminution in extent. The four boundary description is also the same. Further the petitioner gives an undertaking that without getting 2/4

DTCP approval in respect of the property in question there will not be any housing development.

4.The writ petitioner's undertaking is recorded. The impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered and released subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities.
