ORDER

This petition has been filed to comply the order in Crl.MP.No. 14956/2022 dated 27.12.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tuticorin and to direct the second respondent and the register a case based on the petitioner`s complaint dated 08.10.2022 and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner and the petitioner also filed protest 2/4

petition.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
