ORDER

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2024 and to direct the 1st respondent to initiate enquiry under Section 63(e) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner's representation has been forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent by communication dated 23.10.2024. 3.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner or any other interested persons shall also be given with an opportunity of hearing in disposing of the said representation. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the said direction.
