(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19841 of 2023 on 06.11.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from 08.11.2023 to 30.11.2023.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19841 of 2023 on 06.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice ie., on every Monday and on every Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
