ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 03.03.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.4963 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the private respondents in 3/6

the writ petition have preferred W.A.(MD)No.372 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to grant the interim stay of the reversion until further orders in C.M.P (MD)No.4081 of 2023 on 29.03.2023.
