This petition has been filed to call for the records in P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the second accused in P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that the said P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 was committed to the Court of Sessions and subsequently the same was assigned with case number as S.C.No.16 of 2014 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vedachandur. Further, he added that as of now, the said case was disposed on 15.04.2015, in which, the petitioner herein got an order of acquittal. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
