ORDER

The petitioner sought removal of the encroachments in the petition mentioned channel. We had disposed of the petitioner's writ petition on 19.12.2024. Contending that the order of this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that all the encroachments in the petition mentioned channel have been removed. The material produced before us appear to be bare out the said stand. 3.The Junior Engineer, WRD, Manapparai also states before us that all the encroachments complained on by the writ petitioner have been removed.
