PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by petitioner against the 2nd respondent.

2. It is unfortunate to note that the second respondent enquired the tenancy issue between the petitioner and the second respondent herein. Not only that undertaking was addressed to the first respondent herein by this petitioner, stating that he is ready to vacate the premises, after repaying the advance amount.

3. Let the above said enquiry file be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Madurai, for taking appropriate action against the first respondent herein in this matter, since it has been repeatedly informed to this Court that unnecessarily the first respondent is interfering into the civil issues.
