This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.350 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No. 350 of 2023 and also filed a final report as 'mistake of fact' before the concerned Court. The petitioner also served with the RCS notice. 3.Today, the copy of RCS notice also served to the petitioner by the respondent Police.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
