ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 25.11.2024 and consequently, to direct the respondent to follow open auction cum tender for grant of license to collect parking fee at Central Vegetable Market and Fruit Market, Mattuthavani, Madurai.
2. The prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the impugned tender notification dated 25.11.2024, has been withdrawn by the respondent Corporation and a copy of the written instructions dated 08.01.2025, addressed to the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, is also produced before us. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
