ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the 1st respondent to give instruction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents Police are not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the second and third respondents to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
