O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2023 and conduct enquiry by competent officer. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was given by the petitioner stating that the counter party has married him by creating bogus government documents such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card etc. Believing the documents only, the petitioner got married to the counter party. After finding the cheating committed by his wife, he filed O.P.No.328 of 2022 before the Family Court, Sivagangai, for dissolution of marriage. According to him, in the deposition given before the concerned Court, she admitted that she is a Srilankan citizen.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was closed by directing the parties to work out remedy in the pending proceedings itself, on 16.10.2023.
