By relying on the patta No.359, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 11.08.2025 to the second respondent complaining that the land to an extent of 13 meters in survey No.178/5 was erroneously recorded in the name of one Sathan in the revenue records. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the matter is pending consideration by the Revenue Divisional Officer and would be disposed of on merits within three (3) months.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025 2/4

on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the legal heirs of Sathan, who is said to have expired. A speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
