ORDER:- This Writ Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Paranjothi, Advocate for M/s.KBS Law Office, Advocate the Petitioner and of Mr. P.Thilakkumar, Government Pleader for the respondents Nos.1 to 5 & 7, this Court made the following order: (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) Inspite of an opportunity being granted in the last occasion to comply with the final orders passed by this Court on 13.12.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for further indulgence by granting time.

2. When we had expressed that we intend to initiate suo motu contempt proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to pay the cost amount by 30.01.2025.

3. Post the matter on 30.01.2025 under the same caption "for recording compliance."
