When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the amount has been deposited as directed by this Court and he has filed a Memo dated 01.06.2026 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the deficit Court fee petition if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 03.06.2026.
