The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 612 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.22,011/- in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid the deficit Court fee.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
