ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct R1 to R3 to execute non bailable warrant dt.5/10/2016 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai in STC No.408/2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in S.T.C.No.408 of 2021 has been registered against the accused namely Barakath Ali and the same is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai. In this case, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the accused on 05.10.2016. However, the same is not yet executed by the respondents. 3.Considering the long pendency of the warrant against the accused, the respondents are directed to execute the warrant, dated 05.10.2016 within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
