ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, to dispose of the above suit in O.S.No. 121 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and within the time fixed by this Court.

2.Originally the suit was filed by the first respondent before the District Munsif Court, Theni, seeking declaration and consequential permanent injunction in respect of the list of properties mentioned in the plaint schedule. Thereafter as per the order of the Principal District Judge, Theni, it was transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Theni and renumbered as O.S.No.121 of 2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the third defendant in the suit and though the suit was filed in the year 2020, it was not disposed of till now. Hence, seeking direction for speedy disposal this case has been filed. 3.Considering the age of the second defendant, who is the third respondent in this petition, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, to comply the Official Memorandum of this Court 2/4

in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics, without fail. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
