2. The Court below, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi. This condition imposed by the Court below is sought to be modified by filing the present petition before this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the manner in which the entire incident had taken place, the condition imposed by the Court below in paragraph no.(ii) of the order dated 19.11.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.7831 of 2024 is hereby set aside. The other conditions shall remain as it is.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
