ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 20419 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is reported dead, he was informed that order of this Court has already been complied with.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, enquiry was conducted and seven additional accused were added.
