ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass him the guise of enquiry by considering his representation, dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner in CSR No.391 of 2025; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
