ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner herein filed O.S.No.370 of 2013 on the file I Additional District Munsif Court, Triuchirappalli. It is a suit for permanent injunction. One Natarajan and Hemalatha figured as defendants. Ex parte decree was passed 28.03.2014. The petitioner wants to register the said decree. The petitioner presented the same before the second respondent. Her grievance is that the certified copy of the decree has not been registered till date. 3.It is well settled that Section 23 of the Registration Act is inapplicable to Court's decree. I, therefore, direct the second respondent to register the petition mentioned decree. The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
